1. Data controller
The data controller is Scalacore S.r.l., with registered office at Via Alberto Mario 9b — Rome, Italy.

2. What data we collect
Through the contact form, we may collect your name, email address and the information you choose to include in your message.
The website also contains an optional link to WhatsApp Business. If you choose to use it, the conversation continues on WhatsApp and contact data is processed according to WhatsApp's own privacy notice; this website does not collect the content of the WhatsApp conversation.
Normal hosting operation may involve technical connection data such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser information. This depends on the configuration of the hosting provider actually used and is not used to build commercial profiles.
3. Why we use it
Data is processed only to read and reply to your request, understand whether and how to arrange an initial conversation or consultation, and manage communications necessary for that request.
Data is not used for advertising, newsletters, profiling, sale, transfer to third parties for commercial purposes or promotional communications.
4. Legal basis and authorisation
Processing of data sent through the form is based on your explicit authorisation, given by selecting the dedicated checkbox, and is limited to handling your request. Authorisation is free, specific and can be withdrawn at any time.
Without the required data, it is not possible to send the request or receive a reply. We do not ask for special categories of personal data: please do not include them in your message.
5. Cookies, pixels and tracking
This website does not use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, profiling systems, fingerprinting, advertising or other commercial tracking tools. No non-technical cookies are used, and nothing is installed to follow your browsing across different websites.
6. How data is handled
Data is processed with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the stated purpose. It is not made public or transferred for commercial purposes. Access is limited to the controller and any technical providers strictly necessary to host the website or deliver a request, if and when a sending channel is activated.
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
7. Retention
Request data is retained for as long as needed to handle the contact and, unless required by law or needed to protect rights, for no longer than 12 months after the last contact is closed. It is then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You may ask the controller for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable and may object to processing in the cases provided for by the Regulation. You may also withdraw your authorisation at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, write to saccucci@scalacore.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
9. Form status and updates
The contact form is connected to the backend managed by Scala Core to receive and handle the request. The WhatsApp Business link is an optional choice and opens the conversation on WhatsApp. If hosting, sending services or processing purposes change, this notice will be updated.
